Responsible for processing and documentation of Consumer loan accounts based on the approved terms and condition of the loan facility.
Evaluate and verify compliance of legal and collateral documentary requirements as required in the credit policies and accountable in the timeliness of endorsement of accounts for booking.
Act as consultant to the Marketing personnel on paralegal related matters (when needed) to ascertain that legal and collateral documentary requirements have been complied with. Accountable for the safekeeping/custodianship and ensuring the security of the loan, credit and collateral documents based on the Bank’s existing guidelines. Direct the functional performance and administrative management of the team.
