Technology. I have a 3-year experience in Customer Support previously worked
for GameOps Inc. as a Senior Game Operations specialist. I'm seeking a Customer Support position or any role that best suits my skills and knowledge. I handle ticketing, email, escalations, QA Beta testing, documentation, and Community management.
I have extensive experience in handling customer
and user account management, along with knowledge tackling of customer issues
in precise and efficient manner. My experience of ticketing, Community
Management, QA testing, and documentation skills have equipped me with the
ability of genuine care to customers and clients. I am also experienced in
training incoming newer agents regarding the tools, processes, responses, and
protocols to follow when handling large volumes of tickets daily, therefore, I
am very keen to details of every information to ensure quality of work in both
productivity and documentation from our team. Furthermore, I am versed on
communicating with client's regarding issues that may need immediate
