I have been working in the BPO industry for more than a decade now. I started my journey humbly as a Chat and Email Support agent where I learned to skillfully attend to customers needs, committing 100% customer satisfaction while maintaining proper internet etiquette. I then transitioned to Voice Support where I started as a Billing and Sales representative. The job provided a vast bandwidth of Customer Types where I get to develop my foundation for Customer Service Experience competencies. I then learned how to masterfully execute the task at hand, ensuring every bit of integrity intact, that paved way to me becoming one of the company's Subject Matter Expert. Having the determination to share the knowledge and expertise I am equipped, I pursued to become a Team Manager/Supervisor and triumphed. I have been leading people for half of my BPO career. After handling a team, I was assigned as the company's Operations Reporting Analyst where I handle and manage data to help the company boost Business Intelligence. I am in the process of expanding the grasp of my technical skills in Customer Service. I am eager to help clients with the skillset I have and looking forward for more learning experience while doing the job.
