I began working while in college to support my education, starting as a working student at McDonald's, where I was later promoted to Crew Trainer. This experience helped me develop time management, multitasking, communication skills, and a strong work ethic.
Three months before graduating, I started my professional career as an HR Assistant at Seaquest Logistics. My responsibilities included employee engagement (onboarding, offboarding, performance evaluations, drafting memos, and organizing events), and assisting with recruitment tasks. I also handled unique challenges, such as representing the company during employee a----------- and accompanying my manager to a labor hearing. The pandemic and commuting difficulties later influenced my decision to seek remote work.
This led me to join Talent Hero (formerly LGC) as a Recruitment Consultant. Initially, I sourced candidates for international and local clients. Over time, I managed an account, a Singapore-based recruitment firm, recruiting professionals in the oil, gas, and mining sectors using tools like LinkedIn and Job Adder. After they ended their contract, I continued recruiting for roles in finance, HR, and tech, taking on end-to-end recruitment tasks.
I am currently seeking a part-time night-shift role and am available to start immediately.
