I've been in the BPO Industry for more than 9 years. I started as an Order Support Specialist with Techmahindra which I handle FingerHut Account which I basically handle orders coming from customers, but sadly my contract ended since the account is only seasonal. Next I was hired in Convergys - Concentrix as a Customer Services Associate which I handle Telco Account, under this account I handle 4 LOB and 2 emails which is Port In Promotion, Change of Ownership, Migration, Intra-Porting and emails for Port In Promotion and Change of Ownership. It also took me atleast 2 years before I was one of the Top Agent, but sadly the account was close because it bought by a different company and Iwas on floating status for 2 months. This also my longest company which is more than 7 years. My next journey is OP360 which I handle clients purchases. I mainly make follow ups on their purchases from big companies and the account that I handle is PartsSource. I also interact with clients and provide feedback and status of their purchases. Lastly TDCX which is I am a Support Ambassador of a Hospitality and Travel Account, I mainly help users with their booking and problems they encounter during their stay on the properties, I also help mediate with the Host and Guest if there is a problem.
