With over 15 years of experience in customer service, administrative support, and operations—both in the BPO world and hospitality—(8 years in Accenture, 4 years in hospitality, and 4 years in ESL Teaching) I’ve worked with global brands like Telstra, CenturyLink, eBay, and -----------. My background includes handling front-end and back-end tasks-- inbound/outbound calls, scheduling technicians, processing orders, and resolving complex billing concerns with empathy and efficiency. I'm naturally organized, tech-comfortable, and thrive in roles that require multitasking, time management, and high accountability. As a former resort supervisor, I’ve led teams in fast-paced environments where precision and people skills matter most.
While I’m still leveling up my knowledge of VA tools like Trello and Google Workspace, I’m a fast learner and already training myself to be ready for the role. My goal is to support busy professionals by taking admin and operations off their plate—so they can focus on what truly matters.
