I’m a Virtual Assistant with experience in different areas of online work, mostly focused on helping businesses stay organized, consistent, and running smoothly behind the scenes.
Over the years, I’ve worked in social media marketing and lead generation where I helped create content using Canva, managed basic video editing, and organized content plans. I also helped set up simple funnels, landing pages, and email sequences using tools like ----------- and GHL. My goal there was really just to help bring in and manage leads in a structured way.
I also have strong experience as an e-commerce virtual assistant. I handled order fulfillment, inventory tracking, product listings, and customer coordination. I’m used to working with tools like Google Sheets and Shopify, and I’m very careful when it comes to accuracy because I understand how important details are in operations and logistics.
Aside from that, I’ve worked in customer service through email and chat, where I handled inquiries, resolved concerns, and made sure customers were supported properly and calmly. I’ve also worked as a billing and data entry assistant, where I managed invoices, updated records, and helped keep information accurate and organized.
What I would say about myself is I’m very hands-on, detail-oriented, and I try to stay consistent with my work. I can handle multiple tasks, but I also know my limits and I’m always open to learning and being trained if there are better ways to do things.
Right now, I’m looking for an opportunity where I can grow more, contribute properly, and work with a team that values reliability and communication. I’m easy to work with, and I always try to do my tasks with care and honesty.
