I have worked in the callcenter industry for 9 fruitful years (1 year in Tech support, 6 years in collections and escalation, 1 year in KYC onboarding and 1 year in consumer relations). These 9 years were spent in just 2 companies.
I moved to working from home and helped build an E-commence company that sells on Amazon where I gained knowledge and powerful skills in the world of E-commerce. My main role was managing the supply and logistics, but as the company grows and expanded from selling just on Amazon US
to the UK, FR, DE, IT and Spain, I had to be involved in Customer service, maintaining our Seller Central health and also helping with product designs. After 4 years, the CEO created another 2 companies which I also helped grow, this time I am now involve in product research and product sourcing from China, Nepal, Cambodia, India and South America (we launched about 50 products simultaneously) while still doing my main role. It was a challenging 6 years, but also very fulfilling.
