I know how to use basic estimating software like Planswift and can make own template in Excel. I also know how to use Autocad and Sketchup. I am also proficient in Word, Excel, and Powerpoint. If the job requires software other than mentioned, I can also learn it by self studying or by training.
I am working in our Local Government Unit as a Job Order staff processing Building Permits and Occupancy permits. I am exposed to reading plans, program of works and other documents needed more specifically land papers. I also am a freelancer making architectural, structural, and plumbing/sanitary plans, and general building estimations.
I currently taking up Master's degree in Engineering Program major in Civil Engineering.
I am a licensed Civil Engineer and Master Plumber.
I am very much willing to upgrade my knowledge and therefore open to work any job title related to my profession.
