My current role is primary responsible for managing the process of Production Scheduling to ensure supply of the product are in timing with the requirements and optimizing the use of resources in the supply chain.
My position also covers evaluation of trends and other key performance indicators needed by management to resolve priority issues to balance the available resources within the region/system.
My role is also responsible for monitoring the Plan vs Actual production performance and makes adjustments when necessary to facilitate volume growth and recommend stocks transfer plans between regions/ plants/ DC’s to ensure synchronized and balanced availability of product across system.
