I am an Information Technology teacher for 13 years with skills in desktop applications development. I also worked for 2 years in Dubai, UAE as a telesales agent offering housekeeping services to clients of different nationalities. I landed a telesales agent job with no experience yet in 3 months I was already promoted as team leader training new telesales agents. After another 2 months I was also assigned to be the assistant manager handling the manager's schedule, handling client's email, resolving customer complaints and analyzing data and finding solutions on how to automate the monitoring of agent's sales quota. I have a wide knowledge in software and I can also develop software to automate my tasks. From no experience to promoted agent in just 5months prove how easy I am to learn new things because I believe that if you have the determination learning everything is not impossible.
