I am currently working as a Production Technology Analyst and responsible for monitoring and checking of Windows/UNIX Server alerts. Our team conducts the first level troubleshooting and resolve every tickets as much as possible. My job experiences was more on IT Support and I have been expose to different kinds of ticketing tools used in monitoring and resolving hardware/software related issues. I also have an experience in Tech Support for a Broadband account, I handled inbound calls and catered to customer inquiries and issues. I am well equipped when it comes to dealing with different kind of customers.
I contributed ideas in our team processes, such as inventory management, updating and migration of old
trackers from Microsoft Excel to Google Sheet . I also provide insight on addressing the top encountered issues and discuss possible solutions to lessen the volume of alerts in our queue. I like to work with anyone and use all of my experience to innovate IT processes and help with the growth of your company.
