-Request booking arrangements (Cargo Space, Transport,Vessel Schedule & Vessel Cargo Details) to the Carrier and Logistics Partners.
-Monitor and provide accurate shipment updates on a seamless end to end process (from POL to POD) to the client.
-Assist customer inquiries and other related concerns.
-Prepare and Submit needed documents of the Cargo to the Carrier and Logistics Partners.
-Handles FCL,LCL,FTL and LTL shipments.
