Hi my name is Nelson Ervyn Santiago, currently I am looking for an online job as technical support or any IT related jobs. My recent job was an IT support in a trading industry in Manila which I lasted for a total of 3 years and my main role is to provide assistance to employees with their technical concerns such as hardware and software issues and network. Prior to that I've also worked for 2 years in a government agency as a project assistant in Philippine Institute of Volcanology and Seismology. My main role was a maintenance and installation of Earthquake monitoring devices all over the Philippines.
I also have 1 year of experience in a BPO industry as a back office and sales (non-voice).
I am a tech savvy and willing to be trained. I have a strong critical thinking and problem solving skills and fluent in both verbal and written communication skills.
