end to end recruitment of top-notch talent from rank and file to C Suite Levels, both passive and active candidates, and presenting the most suitable roles and companies to work
with; Job Posting, Sourcing, Conducting Initial Interviews, endorsing of profiles to client, setting up interviews between
candidate and clients, Monitoring up to the JO stage
Does client/account management making sure all concerns
and information are attended and gives immediate attention to fast track the hiring process; Spearhead, innovate and
oversee recruitment processes and initiatives globally
