Hi, my name is Chriszel Besana.
Professionally, I started working last 2017 as a Customer Service Associate for technical and retail accounts where I am
assisting my customers with their product and technical related concerns.
Around 2019, I got promoted as a Subject Matter Expert where I am assisting our new hire trainees in enhancing their
product knowledge by conducting a team huddle and discussing the most common inquiries and how to resolve
them.
By the year of 2022, that’s when I started working as a freelance virtual assistant. I have worked with different clients
that handles businesses, accounting, and taxation, as well as working directly with doctors managing their calendar
and emails.
With my years of experience in the BPO industry, I’ve honed different skills such as phone handling skills, technical
skills, scheduling, and being a team player helping my teammates with their concerns. I’ve also learned different
phone systems and tools such as Five9, Salesforce, Smart Desktop and many more.
Currently, I am working as an Executive Assistant managing and tracking the daily administrative tasks of my client
using Asana and -----------, organizing and updating the files of my client through Google Drive and DropBox,
processing invoices using QuickBooks, scheduling meetings and managing emails, researches, and creating SOPs and
training materials through Notion and Trainual.
