I've been in BPO as customer service support for more than seven years. I joined Teleperformance Davao first and spend My five years BPO experienced there as a Technical Support. I was given a chance to do training as a Quality Analyst and d----------- to apply another company. I am with Sutherland Global Service as of right now, I started here as a Customer Service handling billing and sales account. Due to the business movement I've been moved to new account in Hotel Booking and reservation.
