- I graduated ICT information and communicatin technology which is just a 2 year course under TESDA. My first job was with Ebay as an email support representative. After yearas of being a customer service representative, I applied as a tech support where I started my Tech career. My latest job was a cloud engineer where I provide L1-L2 technical resolution to my client abroad. My main task is to troubleshoot any issues encountered with their O365 account and applications like email configuration, user account creation and modification, Software installation, ticket creation.
