• Understanding and troubleshooting Office 365, IBM Notes, network and shared drives
• Uses SNOW (Service Now) and other applications like Bomgar (Remote desktop Connection), and other file compression apps
• Troubleshoot Windows Desktop, Laptops, Printers and other peripherals
• basic troubleshooting knowledge in Android mobile, MAC OS Laptops, Desktop and Mobile
• Communicate with team and the user on the status or issues through Ticketing System and other available communication resources
