Team Manager:
Handles a team of about 10-15 reps.
•Monitors and identifies bottom performers and work on their progress. I also take escalated calls for the portfolio and is involved in fun at work groups for the site.
•Sets clear goals and measurement, drives team results to achieve/exceed organization goals/KPIs
•Coaches and empowers teammates to create exceptional customer experience and makes the right decisions within defined operational guidelines
Appointment Setter (Part Time)
Calls new prospects/homeowners who wants to buy or sell their properties.
Schedules consultations between prospective clients with realtor.
