Hi I'm Catherine Gatchalian, I had a diverse and extensive experience in the BPO industry, working in various roles across different companies.
I started my BPO career at Sitel in June 2011, where I handled financial account as a customer service representative until January 2013.
Following that, I joined Convergys in July 2013, where I worked as a billing specialist for a cable company and received training to become a retention specialist until February 2017.
Then, I transitioned to Citi in February 2017, initially working as a verification specialist in the Australian credit initiation team, where I verified documents and gathered necessary information for credit card applications.
In 2019, I got promoted to a credit analyst role at Citi, where I likely performed tasks related to assessing creditworthiness and analyzing financial data. May 2021 I was transferred to a US account as a retention specialist until July 2023.
