I’m a full-charge bookkeeper with almost 30 years of experience in bookkeeping and accounting. Right now, I’m working part-time (24 hours a week) as an Accounts and Administrative Coordinator for an Australian company.I support business owners with their day-to-day financial transactions and help them manage, streamline, and grow their business by keeping their finances organized through Xero or QuickBooks.

Set up and/or Maintenance of XERO and QuickBooks file including:
- Update or customized chart of account.
- Upload bank transaction, credit cards and payment gateways.
- Assistance with set up of any bank feeds, if applicable.
- Customized Reporting.
Daily Bookkeeping including but is not limited to the following:
- Record cash receipts/income from your bank deposits.
- Record cash disbursements/expenses from your bank transactions.
- Record interbank transfers.
- Record any adjusting entries if needed.
- Reconciling bank transactions and credit cards to statements.
- Reconciling other balance sheet accounts to underlying records.
- Creating bills, sales invoices, Credit notes, Purchase orders, etc.
Monthly financial reporting which includes:
- Balance Sheet
- Profit and Loss Statement
- Month to month comparisons whenever applicable
