I'm Jemuel M. Niere Jr., a recent graduate of Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (BSBA) from La Consolacion College – Bais City. I bring a strong foundation in business operations, with key strengths in time management, adaptability, attention to detail, and interpersonal communication. I am also skilled in human resource management, active listening, and empathy, which help me work effectively both independently and in team environments.
I am proficient in using Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite, enabling me to handle administrative and data-related tasks efficiently. During my 3-month internship at ELRO, I gained hands-on experience in accounting and administrative functions, including posting entries in the book of accounts, managing inventory data, preparing journal entries, processing payroll charge reports, handling cash voucher disbursements, and recording PhilHealth remittances. I also maintained laborers' ledgers, prepared monthly cash issuance reports, and organized financial documents such as vouchers, receipts, and foreman’s reports.
In addition, I have professional experience as a full-time bookkeeping/finance staff at BIBSCORP, further strengthening my financial management and record-keeping skills. Beyond my finance background, I am also capable of creating and editing visual content using Canva and CapCut, allowing me to contribute creatively when needed.
I am a detail-oriented and reliable individual who is eager to apply my knowledge and skills in a dynamic work environment while continuing to grow professionally.
