I am 15 yrs OFW working mostly in sales, i am assisting sales personnel usually doing their offer by excel and sending to them by PDF, checking email send by them and and reporting to them about the orders and assisting their customer while they are not around, they will just instruct me by email or whats app what to do and do it quickly. I am also doing their reports like sales, omission and doing spreed sheet to them if needed. Doing also the yearly report like the stocks and yearly report for the sales. Implementing system to improve the work speed and traceability. I handle also their online system like Sap Ariba, Saber, Tungsten, Jagger, PO and Invoicing Portals, etc. I also looking for the product needed by our customer and coordinating with the supplier about price, details and way of delivering, doing all procurement for our department.
