I’ve spent several years working in the business outsourcing industry, and I can confidently say it’s been an incredibly rewarding experience. It not only helped me become comfortable with the language, but also gave me the chance to engage with people from the US on a daily basis. Additionally, it was an excellent opportunity to develop my customer service skills, which I am truly grateful for.
Last year, I d----------- to take a leap and switch careers. I joined a healthcare outsourcing agency and was hired as a fax wrangler, managing the faxes for one of the largest DME providers in Kansas, USA. During this time, I was also trained in insurance verification, prior authorizations, CMNs, and document chasing—skills that have allowed me to broaden my expertise in a completely new field.
It’s been an exciting journey, and I’m eager to continue learning and growing in this new career path. Each step has been an opportunity for personal and professional growth, and I look forward to what comes next.
