As the Assistant Lease Manager and IOC of the mall, I am responsible for overseeing the entire lease operation process for incoming tenants. This includes managing inquiries, conducting site visits, securing necessary legal requirements, handling billings, coordinating ingress and egress, overseeing operations, managing lease renewals, and processing refunds. Additionally, I oversee the mall's revenue and occupancy, ensuring optimal performance and tenant satisfaction.
