I have 6 months work experience as a customer service representative where we answer calls and assist the customer's concerns. I was also a Human Resource generalist for 3 years, here we make sure to assist the management as well as the employees. Human resource fields equip me to be time efficient and to be mindful in every details. I was equipped by doing phone call and face to face interviews, resolving company issues, employee relations and etch. Human Resource has always been a comfort zone for me. Last year, 2023 I d----------- to venture into a new field which is the Guidance Counseling field and being a college instructor. I am currently an active mental health advocate in the Philippines by actively participating in seminars for mental health as a speaker.
