I have been excelling as an HR Officer at Fil Products Service Tv., Inc. since April 2, 2019, where I efficiently manage the employment process, conduct employee orientation, provide counseling, handle timekeeping and process government-mandated benefits, maintain employee records, and develop employee engagement programs. Additionally, I was appointed as the Building Management Officer on January 9, 2020, overseeing the daily operations and maintenance of the main and branch offices.
