Mainly assigned to moAs a member of Lazada's Logistics Support Group, my main responsibility is to ensure e-commerce packages are efficiently moved and delivered to their assigned locations. I handle packages from the -----------nt they arrive, sorting and organizing them based on destination and delivery schedules.
I make sure each package is labeled correctly and in good condition before sending them out for delivery. I work closely with the warehouse and delivery teams to coordinate order fulfillment, ensuring everything runs smoothly and on time.
Keeping things organized is key in my role, so I pay close attention to details, track package movements accurately, and address any issues, like damaged items or misplaced shipments, immediately. I’m also involved in updating tracking systems to ensure customers can follow their orders without delays.
This role demands physical effort, like lifting and moving packages, and requires me to stay on my feet for extended periods. It also requires a lot of teamwork and communication with my colleagues to ensure we meet deadlines and maintain high standards.
