I specialize in reviving underperforming Amazon FBA stores into highly profitable household brands that outcompete other top-BSR products in their respective product nodes.
If you are starting on Amazon and are figuring out which niche you can explore, if you’re in dire need of reviving products in your catalog, or if you want to expand your Amazon sales aggressively, I am the brand manager that you need for auditing your account to create actionable objectives and execute strategic plans for your brand.
MY WORK EXPERIENCE
I started as a blog post writer on WordPress sites back in 2010 (a quick check on my profile would reveal that I have been a loyal member of Online Jobs PH for 15 years now) to supplement my expenses for my undergraduate degree in Physics. After graduating, I proceeded with a post-grad degree (Master's in Physics), still working for various writing and data analysis jobs. I started as an Amazon PPC ads manager and listing writer (including keyword and competitor research) after finishing my Master’s Degree in Physics. At the same time, I also took a part-time job as a university instructor and an educator from 2016 to 2017.
I took a second degree in Civil Engineering during the pandemic while working as an Amazon Brand Manager. With extensive experience in creative and business writing, nuanced on e-commerce and Amazon dating back from the 2010s, combined with industrial and technical knowledge in engineering and sciences, I can analyze data regarding sales, traffic (organic and PPC), and other technical metrics and transform them into meaningful and highly-converting content by creating keyword-rich listings, data-driven PPC bidding and keyword matching, and click-worthy social media digital assets.
Here are my detailed work experiences over the years (you can also ask for my educational background credentials):

WHAT I CAN DO FOR YOUR TEAM
· WRITE keyword-rich, compelling, and highly-converting Amazon product listings that balance what’s best for Amazon’s algorithm SEO and genuine potential buyers.
· RESEARCH highly relevant keywords while being sensitive to how saturated or competitive their niche is by considering the top 3 competitor products’ click share and conversion rate on Amazon Brand Analytics and whether the organic or ad placement contributes more in sales associated with such keywords.
· SCRAPE competitor reviews and analyze customer trends and fundamental features that may make or break the product, co-opting positive and negative (improving our products given those competitor negative reviews) aspects into our products, hence developing a better product that addresses the competition’s weakness while incorporating their strengths.
· ANALYZE sales, organic traffic, and PPC Ad traffic and impression to precisely forecast the needed amount of units to be ordered to have the proper inventory, not going out of stock or overstock in the following months.
· OPTIMIZE PPC ads to control TACoS levels, stabilizing ACoS while maintaining sales rate to maximize profit and minimize losses.
· CREATE compelling A+ Content and Product Descriptions and write clear lifestyle product shoot notes highlighting our products’ comparative advantage, setting us apart from the competition and elevating our product listings.
· MANAGE creative assets, social media posts, and other critical external aspects on platforms outside of Amazon to improve our brand exposure.
DO I USE AI?
AI, in its current capabilities, is a nifty tool, but I will be bold in claiming that AI is best used not for writing but for labor-intensive data crunching or data scraping for the following reasons:
· Platforms such as Google (not just in the academe) have started cracking down on low-quality content that has been churned mindlessly using AI. While Google has joined the race in AI tech, just like in the Panda update before (where they cracked down on article-spinner-produced content), I feel that in the future, Google or Amazon may d----------- to score listings or content not based on whether they were AI-made, rather, if they were made meticulously with excellent quality. Besides, AI isn’t the best avenue for writing content that aims to convert and appeal to the human side. When writing bullets, descriptions, and written content, my use of AI is only limited to research and data scraping. I still plan, write, and edit my write-ups manually. AI, therefore, is only used to supplement my writing process in the form of research.
· However, AI shines the best when scraping data such as competitor reviews, analyzing thousands of customer reviews, and looking for out-of-the-box trends in a dataset (i.e., PPC clicks, traffic, ACoS history, etc.). I use AI when it comes to labor-intensive data crunching and data scraping to have more time for the tasks that matter more- analysis and action plan creation.
APPS THAT I USE:
· Helium 10 Suite: Cerebro, Frankenstein, Black Box, Listing Analyzer, Listing Builder, Keyword Tracker, Adtomic
· Analytics & Research Tools: Jungle Scout, Data Dive, Datarova, Keepa, sellerboard
· PPC & Ad Management Platforms: Perpetua, Pacvue, Quartile, Scale Insights
· Project & Workflow Tools: BaseCamp, Asana, Notion, Google AppSheet, -----------, Trello, ClickUp
· Any Price Tracker, BSR Tracker, Profitability Tracker Chrome Extensions for Tracking Competitor Performance (Helium 10 is still the best in this category).
· Seller Locker, Seller Board, Quartile, Perpetua
· Any LLMs STRICTLY for Data Science only (GPT, Llama, Gemini) or Midjourney and other AI asset creation tools for creative assets that are logistically impossible to create (i.e., If ever there are photoshoots that involve large homes, RV Trucks, and other props or stage sets that are too impractical to rent just for a single product)
If you want to build your Amazon empire, I am the brand manager you need. Please feel free to browse my skills and reach out to me whenever you are ready to catapult the BSR of your products, 10x your store, and build the best version of your brand.
