Also worked as a Virtual Assistant for no more than 8 months and also work with Quantrics Enterprises Inc for 2 years and 10 months as an Echat support for a Telecommunication account that handles customers concern regarding their account billing, phone plan and internet connectivity and also used to work with Sutherland for 4 months as a Customer Service Representative on a retail account with handling both outbound and inbound calls for Amazon customers.
