· Review rentals, electric, water, parking, security fee of all tenants. · Determine clients with unpaid accounts.
· Compute penalty/interest (up to date)
· Follow up client with unpaid accounts – thru call/text/email
· Monitor and update Cash Flow Report
· Monitor and update Cash Receipt Report
· Update Quickbook transactions (invoices, receive payments and record payments) · Monitor contracts for renewal
Monthly
· Prepare contract of Lease after confirming tenant for the increase.
· Preparing all deposit slips and OR for checking
· Prepared monthly consumption report
· Prepared and issue Statement of Account
· Prepare demand letter or disconnection letter.
Annual
· Preparation of GIS
· Preparation of Annual Registration
· Filing of Income Tax Return
