For the past 3 years of my career as a remote worker in a logistics company, I learned and gained experience in the carrier industry and how it works. As a quoting administrator, my main duty is to encode shipment details in the system for accurate pricing and ensure that all orders are processed on time. Within the span of 1 year and 4months, I was promoted as a Customer Service and Logistics Coordinator. My task is to manage and monitor my load board and schedule all shipments from pick up to delivery either via call, email or customer portal. Moreover, I was also in charge of making sure that all scheduling related issues are addressed and coordinated to involved parties for seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
I also had an experience as a Business Development Executive in a local company on where I handle day- to- day sales activities of my assigned area starting from project proposal, price negotiations, product presentations, monitoring and reporting of monthly deliverables as well as issue resolution.
