Additionally, I was responsible for offering support and coaching to the new and current staff members. Often working with Senior Property Managers or Business Owners under the direction of the Client Success Manager (CSM), I was offering administrative support to CSM during training sessions in order to stay in touch and match the training with the particular business operations of client’s office.
