- Responsible to the Onboarding and Offboarding of the client's employees/resources.
- Granting access to the newly onboarded resources
- Issue a Laptop Request to the POC, once the onboarding process is complete.
- Responsible in changing/ updating the resource details when there is a request.
- Connect with the account POC for internal issues / concerns.
- Revoke the access of resource once they left the firm.
- Export daily reports
- Perform daily, weekly and monthly task
- Send email every week regarding resource who lost access or when he/ she is inactive.
- Proactively connect with the POCs about the upcoming end date of the resource, if they will be extending or not.
- Send email reminder to the resource who is yet to acknowledge onboarding/ offboarding requirements.
- Gather data to the resource to perform and create client access.
- Collaborate with the trainers and provide feedback with the team.
- Provide assistance and share new knowledge to the team when there is a new guidelines in terms of policy.
-Formulate action plan to the resource who is struggling to pass the metrics.
-Supervise the team with 18 members.
Set a weekly touchpoint to gather feedback / insights in the last week. -Setting up Weekly Coaching to the team.
-In-charge to manage the team when the lead is away or out of the office. -Answering queries of the resource during moderation.
