• Management of site works (supervision of subcontractor and admin works such as tiling, painting, boardworks, aluminum doors and windows installation, carpentry works and punchlist rectification)
• Prepares detailed project schedule, costings, productivity computation, material requests for owner-supplied materials (tiles, framing, baseboards, doors and locksets, tissue holder, ficem boards, including consumables and tools needed for the installation), daily and weekly accomplishment and project reports and work inspection checklists
• Evaluates subcontractor’s billings.
• Reviews plans and standard specifications and methodologies.
