I have a solid background experience in Higher Education (University) which allowed me to be extensively exposed to content creation for educational/instructional materials, research, and data analysis, effective time management, and client relationships.
Prior to joining the academe, I had an established experience in BPO particularly in Technical Support for networking devices, and customer support including sales.
I also recognized the help that technology can bring us in carrying out our respective professional works. I can work with several social media applications and software.
