I’m a college student currently pursuing a BS in Psychology, with work experience in the food industry, corporate world specifically as a sales clerk. My background has taught me how to communicate effectively with diverse people, handle customer concerns, and work collaboratively with teams. I have a knack for sales and customer service, and I love creating positive experiences for customers while meeting business goals.
Studying psychology also give me a unique edge in understanding human behavior, which helps me in problem-solving and conflict resolution, whether in the workplace or with clients. I’m also highly organized and efficient, especially in fast-paced environments, and I’ve gained solid administrative skills like data entry and document management in corporate settings.
