Hi, I’m Jyren Neri, a Registered and Licensed Filipino Architect with experience in architectural design, technical drafting, project coordination, and remote administrative support.
I have worked on residential, commercial, and institutional projects, producing technical drawings, 3D models, renderings, cost estimates, and project documentation. I also have remote experience in property management and administrative support, including data entry, email management, invoicing, maintenance coordination, and document organization.
I’m proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, Enscape, Lumion, Microsoft Office, and various project management and property management platforms. I’m detail-oriented, reliable, adaptable, and comfortable working independently or as part of a team.
