Leads and manages multiple sales teams (field sales, sales support, and coordinators), while also developing team capabilities through training, mentoring, and performance management to consistently exceed KPIs.
Personally, closes high-value deals and leads government and private sector engagements, including LGUs, hospitals, and key accounts, while facilitating strategic partnerships and inter-institutional collaborations.
Manages end-to-end partnership negotiations, including contracts, agreements, and MOUs, ensuring sustainable and mutually beneficial relationships.
Develops and executes product positioning and integrated marketing strategies, driving lead generation and revenue growth through both digital and traditional channels, while implementing customized strategies tailored to each customer’s specific needs and market conditions.
Oversees participation in expos, trade shows, and exhibitions (both Local and International) to generate inbound leads and expand business opportunities.
Monitors sales performance, analytics, and forecasting to support data-driven decision-making and continuous business improvement.
Directly reports to the CEO, a Korean national, on all business matters ensuring clear communication, alignment of strategies, and timely execution of key decisions.
