I have been working in the IT industry for 7 years and acquired a some skills which i will be able to use in my career and now I am a certified ITIL practitioner. I started as a graphic artist and used photoshop. Then, got transferred to IT Technical Support and learned networking and basic troubleshooting of desktop and laptop. After 2 years, I applied to a BPO company and got hired as a Desktop Support Engineer. I'm responsible for the deployment, installation, pull-out of desktop and laptop, monitoring and closing the ticket on time, attending i----------- request and report, managing Active Directory (moving to proper OU and reset of user's password), network connection configuration, testing and troubleshooting. After 10 months, i got promoted to a IT Service Desk that assist all user's of the company globally with their concern such as: i----------- report, password issue, escalating the i----------- to backend team if necessary. After 2 months, i got promoted to a Team Leader position. I was the Team Leader for 3 months and I’m in charge of my team’s monthly shift schedule, ticket monitoring, and more on i----------- escalation. 3 months later, i was hired at the Power plant as a ICT Staff and my task here is to manage the IT inventory, Network configuration, Firewall Monitoring, Ticket monitoring, Escalation, Huawei Switch and Access points Configuration, O365 admin, and passed the ITIL exam last March 2024.
