I've been with a BPO company for almost 13 years.
Gaining my first experience as a transaction processing representative for data entry to complex functions such as payment reallocations and reconciliations. As a tenure resource of a gas utility, we are facilitating the Canadian customer, I became the team subject-matter expert, trainer for newbies, internal Quality Auditor and Workforce support for payments team. And eventually, a geared towards being the junior team lead in the absence of our TL. Serving same project for 10 years, the skills I learned paved way to become a team lead of a new project servicing US client for electric power and natural gas customers in North Carolina, South Carolina, Florida, Indiana, Ohio and Kentucky. After the latter ramp-down I was able to qualify as an HR of a new project but since there ws a delay on the contract signing with the higher Ops, I was deployed as IT customer service senior analyst to an electronic company that last only for 6 months as I got health concerns since I need to report in the office for a grave-shift with 2 hrs. going to and from the workplace that made me d----------- to resign and opted for a full remote duties in the VA world.
