I'm an offshore tea-----------mber working Virtually/remotely with abroad counterparts, I can do administrative tasks like Internet Research and have Excellent English Language Comprehension. Also, I can also do a basic task like; Data Entry with the use of MS office Word and Excel, Manage Sharepoint Folders, Appointments with internal/external clients through E-mails., and MS Teams.I have more than 5 working years in multinational companies related to IT and Design & Engineering consultancy field as Project Finance / Accounting Analyst. I have able to manage expenses, billings,employee resourcing, forecasting, and budgeting 22 projects under my portfolio and additional 40 projects as support. Maintaining and providing useful reports including, but not limit to, Consolidated Cash Collection Summary, Billing Invoice Summary, Customers’ Statement of Accounts, and Projects’ Expenditure. Communicates with Country’s Financial Controllers,Project Directors and managers, Project Finance and Operations, and to other accounting teams such as the General Accounting, Credit and Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable Team, Procurement Team and Business Management Reporting team and Tax Team.
