I started my career in the health insurance industry as claims adjudicator. Then I was moved to the Tresury department, check processing and releasing officer and cashier during peak dates. I did my MBA degree while working for the health insurance company. I got my second job in Makati in the banking and finance after I obtained my MBA degree. I was assigned in the marketing department of a financial institution. We provided loans and guarantees to SMEs as well as large corporations. I was an account officer then. While working I continued to go to French class at night. After two years, I d----------- to make my ultimate adventure to go to France as a student and travel in my late 20s. I became a mom after a year. I restarted my career in the hospitality and culinary domain in the South of France. I worked as a nanny, butler, executive assistant for high profile families. Then by 2019 prior I officially became a cook specializing traditional French cuisine.
