My name is Rabi Joseph Crisel D. Naguit, I worked as a Service crew in a fast-food chain for 1yr and 7months, also worked in a hypermarket for 3months (contractual) at the same time I worked in a radio station, and I also worked as a customer service representative for 1yr and 6months. I also do administrative task with the span of 1yr and 6months, gaining direct instruction from our manager and relay the information to the team and ask them to do what should be done. Sending in reports to the manager that we already complied from what we need to do. I was also an Advocate coach, assisting operation management with new hires. Acting as one of their supervisor when in need, maintaining KPI for a good result of their day-to-day scorecard and status. Generating report and sending them to operations manager for review.
