I have been working as an office administrative assistant since I graduated in 2010. I was hired as a Human Resource Management Assistant at Blue Collar Manpower Services, Inc., where I was responsible for the initial screening of applicants and categorizing them based on educational background, skills, and related work experience. I also worked in a manufacturing company, Monde Nissin Corp., as a Data and Purchase Order Encoder using company system software. This experience further developed my skills in data entry and logical analysis, managing orders from customers Mindanao-wide. In an academic institution, I served as an Administrative Assistant/Secretary. My responsibilities included making appointments through letters or phone calls, managing the database of contacts, partner organizations, and offices, as well as handling the data entry and management of student information/profiles in a database. Most recently, I have been working as a Junior E-commerce Specialist at Optimus Digital S.R.L, having experience with Amazon, eBay, Lazada, Shopee, and Shopify for three years in e-commerce and product management. I am an above-average user of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Publisher, and MS Access. I am also knowledgeable in photo editing using Photoshop and Pixlr. Furthermore, I am reliable, can work with minimum supervision, manage time wisely, possess good oral and written communication skills, and am resourceful, always putting value into every job I undertake.
