Over time, I moved into payroll, and now, I manage payroll services across Australia and New Zealand. Currently, I’m with YouNanny Limited in Wellington, and my role covers the whole payroll process—from onboarding new clients to ensuring all accounts payable and receivable are on track.One major part of my role is setting up customised payroll systems for new clients. This makes their operations smoother and keeps things running efficiently. I also manage workers' compensation for our Australian clients, taking care of claims, reporting, and premium reconciliations, so everything is compliant with local rules.I use tools like Xero and Employment Hero, which help me keep everything accurate and streamlined.
