As a Customer Relations Associate, it is my job to give satisfactions to customers by listening very well, paying attention to details and helping them above and beyond their expectations. I also master multi-tasking while working under pressure but still accurate and efficient to the job. I love assisting customers because it is satisfying for me to fulfill what is need to be done.
