As a guest experience maker, your job duties include greeting guests when they enter the hotel, providing useful information about the hotel, helping guests make travel arrangements, and addressing any customer complaints or passing those complaints onto management. I have the ability to work in a fast-paced and sensitive environment, providing excellent client-facing skills, analytical and problem-solving skills, confidentiality, and a passion for maintaining open lines of communication. Responsible for adhering to policy and procedures to minimize losses to the bank and maintain cash control of the bank’s assets.
