- Perform deep-dive root cause analysis of delivery/manufacturing performance to identify “areas of concern”.
- Analyze and identify potential delivery risk and operational performance and provide weekly highlights.
- Identify process or system gaps and drive improvement and permanent fix.
- Present findings and recommendations to different levels of management for decision and issue resolutions.
- Take ownership and responsibility for defined role rather than allowing others to dictate outcome. Driven and result-oriented with customer satisfaction in mind.
- Act as “Officer-In-Charge” in the absence of a Manager or Senior Planner.
- Ensure the company’s commitment on environmental management, health and safety is observed and performed.
